We call on all universities worldwide to adopt the Philosophy of Intelligence as a philosophical discipline operating within the intelligence domain. This discipline will serve as an academic pillar that teaches morality, epistemology, and ontology in intelligence practice, while also serving as a bulwark against abuses of power.
5. Collective Commitment
This manifesto is a shared commitment to:
● Stop the use of intelligence as a tool for proxy wars, based as they are on hoaxes and simulacra.
● Build accountable, transparent, and ethical intelligence governance.
● Develop intelligence research that supports truth and global prosperity.
● Cultivate a generation of intelligence officers who possess integrity, moral intelligence, and ecological sensitivity.
Conclusion
We hereby declare the International Manifesto on the Philosophy of Intelligence as a moral and intellectual guide for all nations. We believe that philosophically grounded intelligence is the key to realizing a peaceful, just, and sustainable world. This manifesto is open to all. In addition to its original founders, academics who align with its principles are welcome to sign on as supporters, such that the list of signatories may continue to grow.
