SENAYANPOST – Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin in January 2025 launched the Free Health Check-up program which was held in various regions simultaneously. This goal is to map the real health problems and needs of the community.
Since its launch until a few days ago, the Free Health Check-up program has experienced various obstacles, especially in several areas such as in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan, the implementation of the Free Health Check-up program is still constrained by limited health workers and disposable medical supplies.
Meanwhile, in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, the implementation of the Free Health Check-up still has obstacles in the "Satu Sehat" application which often experiences disruptions.
Meanwhile, in West Sumatra in Dharmasraya Regency, the obstacles faced in the Free Health Check-up program include limited health workers, limited disposable medical supplies, and a number of nurses' lack of understanding of the use of the "Satu Sehat" application. In addition, in Pasaman Regency, community participation in the Free Health Check-up program is still minimal due to limited access to the "Satu Sehat" application and the large number of people who do not know about the program.
These obstacles are problems caused by weak knowledge and health infrastructure in a number of public health centers in various regions, even in urban areas.
Iran, which has long developed nanotechnology, has produced a device called Patient Monitor Telemedicine, a health service facility machine supported by real-time vital data transmission technology, enabling faster and more accurate patient care through the use of sensors and software to monitor patient conditions remotely in the treatment room.
At the diplomatic reception for the 46th Victory Day of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the 75th Iran-Indonesia relations held on February 4, 2025 at the Flores Ballroom Hotel Borobudur, Central Jakarta, this Patient Monitor Telemedicine device was exhibited at the Medika Integrasi Teknologi Company stand which has an office at Sedayu Square Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
Through the Patient Monitor Telemedicine device, even patients in remote areas can have their health monitored by doctors in the city center. How to use the Patient Monitor Telemedicine is like checking blood pressure, but it can also check heart conditions, body temperature and describe health conditions so that what diseases the patient is suffering from can be detected.
Through this tool, doctors can also communicate with patients so they can better understand the patient's health condition and provide prescriptions.
The geographical contour of Iran which is full of mountains requires the Iranian Nation to produce Patient Monitor Telemedicine to make it easier for the Iranian Government to provide health services to people in remote areas.
Patient Monitor Telemedicine is very appropriate for use in Indonesia which has a geographical contour in the form of an archipelago to provide maximum health services to people in remote and outermost areas.
